We are very lucky to have Timothy Steele in our midst as the next guest Poet Lariat. He is not only the foremost scholar in metrical poetry, indeed in poetry, but also an all-around nice guy. I urge you all to make good use of this rare opportunity to prepare & post some good questions here for Professor Steele. I'm sure that by now, you have stopped by his website to familiarize yourself with him, and his work, and, bought yourself, at least, a copy of his best-selling book which has become the Bible on meter -- All the Fun's in How You Say a Thing: An Explanation of Meter and Versification .
