Who's Going to the Frost Farm Poetry Conference?
Any Sphereans going? Looking forward to a wonderful conference. I'm in Tim Steele's workshop.

Guess not?

I believe Claudia Gary is.

Looking forward to meeting you all--my husband Scott (he writes mainly metrical but hasn't posted here) and I will be there -- I haven't seen any info though about workshops -- did you just get it? Or I missed it--need to check my emails.
The Emily Dickinson Museum is also near there and an interesting place to visit http://www.emilydickinsonmuseum.org/ |
I wish I were. Someday when my ship comes in. :o
|
I'll be there teaching sonnet boot camp.
Participants will be doing iambic pushups when they annoy me. |
It's true that I will be there. Even though I'll be taking Tim Steele's workshop, I hope to annoy Mike, because iambic pushups sound like something I absolutely need to learn.
|
Looking forward to it.

Confession time: as a non-driver, I can't figure out how I'd get there. In some future year, if I could get transportation sorted, I might be there.

Cathy, Sharon, Claudia, and Eileen: it was soooo wonderful hosting all of you at the 2nd Annual Frost Farm Poetry Conference. And Mike, always a treat spending time with you. (Had to keep an eye on my copy of Sleaze and Slander - as copies were in short supply.) What a weekend, what a group. Got some great pictures of all of you - a really nice one of you and Tim Steele, Cathy. Check them out at http://www.frostfarmpoetry.org/
Hats off to Bob Crawford! (Janice and Maryann, we'd love to have you attend. Maryann PM me, if you need suggestions on transportation next year.) -Cathy |
