John Whitworth in Quadrant
The good Les Murray has accepted seven poems of mine, some of which you have seen including my favourite about Cole Sear in the Bruce Willis film. Les has taken all of it, including the stanza which came in for a lot of flak. He has also taken my Ganymede poems which were really very rude indeed.

Good news, John, and congratulations!
Wish I could get a sneak peek at one of the poems. |
But you can, Terese. Talking to Dead People and Dad's Moral Compass were both workshopped here.
Rude Ganymede is, or will be, in Light. |
Did not find those two, John, but searched and enjoyed your second offering in the Room at the Top thread. Thanks! If the other two are still accessible, could you give me links?
|
There was recent pruning, so they are probably no longer here.
Congrats, John. |
I thought of sending you a private message Teres but I don't seem to be able to. Your name doesn't come up.
So this is what you do. You go to the thread for The Rime of the Ancient Mariner (not the results). Right at the end you will find the two poems. I don't suppose anyone will think of looking there. |
Hey, John!
On Eratosphere, underlines indicate links. See how the poster's name is underlined at the beginning of each post? Scroll up to one of Terese's posts, click on her name, and see what happens. Oh, and congratulations on your good news! |
Thank you, Julie.
|
Would love to read your poems too, John, if they are linkable. And I believe you can link from other threads.
Meanwhile congratulations! Charlotte |
Look back to what I said about the Rime of the Ancient Mariner, Charlotte. Thank you for your congratulations.
