I also got a gray screen the first few times I tried, as did someone else I know. But then it worked.
If I decide to send them something, I'm just not going to take their submission dictates all that seriously. If that affects the decision, so be it, but I suspect it will all come down to the poem itself. As far as the CV is concerned, I'm thinking that a fairly detailed author bio will be enough. If not, that's life.
Clearly the poetry side of things is not what they're used to, but it strikes me as a pretty classy venue to have a poem so it's worth a stamp.
