Ok, I understand. The site is ok, functional. It allows me to quickly look at your work but the site itself seems a bit soulless, although I understand it's perhaps in its infancy. The thumbnails work just fine for me S.
As for that picture, trust me, it's an horizon, whatever it consists of. Any landscape photographer, I mean an accomplished one, will jump on that defect and home in on it like a lazer.
Just think what it does to the credibility of it for the viewer. Water simply cannot be allowed to tilt like that.
It's a brave thing to do to mix photography and drawing but I don't think you pull it off this time. What's the creative intention?
I know you said that it's caused by the angle of the camera but that's because it wasn't catered for at the taking stage. It could be corrected at the printing stage perhaps, depending on the original. The shot is probably handheld or taken on a tripod without using a spirit level.
Art is very similar to poetry. The creator is often too involved with it to see it as it really is.
