Anyone know if Iambs & Trochees still exists and if so, who the editor or editors are and what its current address is for subscriptions and submisssions?

Paul,
As far as I know, Iambs and Trochees ceased publication upon the death of Mr. Carlson last January.

A somewhat related question: Does anyone know of the results of the 18th Annual Competition in Traditional and Innovative Verse run by Alfred Dorn, the winners of which used to be published in Iambs and Trochees?

Paul, I was assistant editor to I&T, and am almost certain it died with Bill. I believe Dr. Dorn's affiliation now is with the journal Measure, but don't quote me.

Thanks, Jennifer and Catherine. I'll mourn the journal's passing.

Is the World Order of Formal Poets contest still on? Is that through Measure now? I have several entries in the last contest and wonder if I should submit them elsewhere or wait for the outcome--if it is still on.

David, That was exactly my problem. Today, following Jennifer's comment above, which I had also heard elsewhere, I emailed Measure to see if they have any connection with this and they answered firmly denying that they do.
I have also called Alfred Dorn but there was no answer.
Does anyone else have any other ideas about the outcome of this contest?

It's a bloody shame we lost Bill Carlson. He was a joy to work with. Death waiteth for no man. I hear a rumor that Dr. Dorn isn't faring very well. Pray for him.

Did the World Order of Narrative and Formalist Poets have an official connection with Iambs & Trochees? My understanding is that it's run by Alfred Dorn.
Since another Dorn contest, the Anita Dorn Memorial Award, just announced its results in June, I would assume the others are still going.

I remember you had to be a subscriber to Iambs and Trochees to enter the contest, and I seem to remember you had to affirm that you were a subscriber to Measure to enter this year's competition. Whether this is an official link or not I'm not certain.
