There's a problem with the website, apparently, which means a further delay in posting the comp results. Apologies on behalf of NLG.

They were up yesterday, Jayne, when I read them.

Er... there were so many errors, Jerome, that Pat and I insisted on the swift removal of the results. We were hoping no one had had the chance to read them!
I don't know how it happened, but Julia had got some of last year's poems on the page, and the wrong names attributed to some poems... Oh, gawd! This is just what we didn't need.
It'll get sorted at some stage soon, I hope.

Incidentally, when Pat sent me the list of winners, I noticed my name was posted without the "E." Also incidentally...I found that it didn't bother me! Perhaps this is a sign for me to stop using the first initial on poetry submissions.

You've gotta be the only Shaun Russell of note, so why not!

Angela, I see in the rules that " Poems must not have been previously published in print or on the internet". Does that include bits and pieces initially posted on Eratosphere just for amusement that have subsequently been developed into longer poems which were not posted? (I fear the answer may still be "yes", but thought it worth checking.)

Brian,
I'm sure Angela will clarify this when she's next online, but my initial thought is that such poems would be OK to submit; stuff posted here for workshopping etc, isn't classed as 'published'. At least, that's what I've always believed to be the case; I hope I'm not wrong about that!

I only consider poems published online if on a blog or ezine, not a workshop.
