Book Sales at West Chester University Poetry Conference
Most of you have received this information, but the May 16 deadline looms. If you want to have your books on sale at the conference, our contact person at the campus bookstore is Reggie Riddick.
You have two options:
1. Email scanned copies of covers w/ ISBN numbers (or comparable information) to Reggie for ordering by the bookstore from publishers. This would be preferable for faculty. These messages should contain BOOK ORDERS FOR POETRY CONFERENCE in the subject line.
2. Email scanned copies of covers w/ ISBN numbers (or comparable information) to Reggie so that he can make bookstore labels for books being brought in on consignment. This is probably best for non-faculty. Please include mailing address and email as well for settling accounts after the conference. These messages should contain CONSIGNMENT BOOKS FOR POETRY CONFERENCE in the subject line.
The deadline to send this information is May 16.

Any proceeds from book sales at the conference are divided between the university bookstore and the publisher or between the bookstore and the authors who bring books for consignment sales. The bookstore is run by Student Services, Inc. (SSI), a national non-profit organization. The conference provides space for the sale of relevant titles but does not receive any income from these sales.
Authors who have previously attended the conference but cannot attend this year are invited to send books to Reggie for consignment sale only. Getting your books to the conference and arranging for unsold copies to be returned to you is your responsibility. If you plan to do this, Reggie will need information about ISBN #s, sale price, and number of copies by Monday, May 16, as the bookstore will have to make labels for all books sold at the conference.

Sam, I've received four extra copies of "The Great American Wise Ass Poetry Anthology," but too late to send label info to Reggie. Shall I just sell them on the sly?

You've still got time. Sam's info had an extra safety margin built in. Here's what Reggie Riddick indicated separately:
Hello to all,
If you are attending the 2016 WCU Poetry Conference and wish to sell your books through the WCU bookstore, and you need us to order your books from publishers, please be advised that the cutoff date for submitting requests is May 16th.
For those of you who are bringing or shipping their books to us, you must provide us in advance, the title(s), ISBNs, publisher, and how many books you are bringing or shipping to us. We will also need your phone number, e-mail address, and your physical and/or mailing address. We must receive this information no later than May 28th, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you would like to ship your materials to us in advance, they can be sent to:
So, as long as you bring them with you - but e-mail the details - you're fine. Although, personally I prefer your lurking in the corners of sonnets and villanelles, and selling them on the sly. If you could coordinate with a weed supplier and a Jack Daniels guy, it would be as good as a scholarship.

Sam,
I tried to email Reggie and it failed.
I think rdiddick@wcupa.edu is wrong. Shouldn't it be rriddick... as that's his name?

It should be RRiddick@wcupa.edu, not "RDiddick" I've had a back-and-forth with Reggie using that e-mail so I know it's correct.

Thanks, Michael. I thought that must be it. I've changed the link in Sam's post to the correct address.
