Dyad Press
Hey all,
I've opened a press with my partner called DYAD— we do perfect and staple bound collections of poetry, flash, essays, photography, drawings. We're into just about everything from formal to free verse so don't hold back. All info is on the website, check us out and if you feel you're in time with the aesthetic send us a manuscript or a pitch.
We have books by Wendy Videlock, Peleg Held, Hannah Hackney and something coming from Q Lehr and others...
Like us on Facebook too!
Hit us up we're friendly and weird.
Big Love,
Jess

Good luck--we need more presses open to formal poetry!
It's a tough labor of love.

This is good stuff, not just for poetry qua poetry, but Jesse and Hannah have a firm sense of how poetry can link up with other arts, including the visual arts. The books are beautiful--which was miles away from being a given even a few years ago. It still isn't, but presses like DYAD are really raising the bar for indie production standards and for the notion of the indie press as artistic organizer and scene-shaper.
