What intrigues me the most here, is what Sam Gwynn was doing googling CR Fashion Book. I've always figured you for more of a Vogue guy, Sam, or possibly the cammies and stuff from Soldier of Fortune. But not CR Fashion Book. Definitely not CR Fashion Book. The things you unexpectedly learn about people you thought you knew will continue to fascinate me.

It's a terrible fate, to have your first poem snatched up and published in a national magazine; and hard to have the sense to say no, I'd guess, when you've written something about your child. She's fun to watch on the stage.

"Re-mixed" celebrity discourse is clearly a poetic genre that we need to explore further. These folks have a lot to say. Or at least they say a lot. There's a motherlode waiting to be mined!

Oh, Forrest Gander's involvement is what makes it unforgivable. Aside from that, the whole shebang is hilarious. Plus, how does one make a woman who's generally acknowledged as gorgeous look that scary?

And if you decide to mine it, here's a call for submissions for precisely this genre of poetry.
