Default How Shakespeare changed my life

Interesting video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWzQcW_W0mM
Confession--from 5:37 to the end my mom is speaking.

I added the following from my thanks further down the thread:

Martin,

I enjoyed that. Your mother's part was, of course, the most remarkable part. Wow.

Thanks for posting this, Martin. Very much enjoyed those seven minutes.

(And you wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Shakespeare! )

Moving and articulate testimonies to W.S's power. I remember James Baldwin's "Why I Stopped Hating Shakespeare," published in the London Observer in the 1960's, with his statement that ". . . a poet . . . [a]nd his responsibility, which is also his joy and his strength and his life, is to defeat all labels and complicate all battles . . . ."
Thanks and Regards, wkg
