News about April’s Hood and more about the editor
www.writershood.com is pleased to announce the April 2003 issue where we invite back our past Poets of the Year: Mary Hazen-Stearns, Janet Buck, TE Ballard, Janet Kenny and Caballo Oscuro to entertain and delight you.
Add the remaining poets in the issue: Shaun's deluge (German), Jason unworthy, Jayne's haibun, Amer's childhood, ngaii's nation, Chad's on•o•mato•po•et•ic, and Ellen's calm. Throw into the mix, January IBPC winners from Laurie Bryo and Ken Ashworth and Kay Day's essay, "America, a Nation of Poets."
Finish (or start if you wish) with April's Poem of the Month, Barb Trautman's "Behind Closed Doors," and we have an issue I believe you will enjoy enough to make the Hood a regular monthly stop on the Highway.
