Anna, it was you who first raised the question. I am a longtime friend of Mike and a supporter of Kim, as I've stated. Do you have any personal interest in this case, especially since the only statements about "financial transparency" have come from you? Are you connected with the Poetry Center in any way? What is your source for these statements? Have you been "transparent" in these exchanges? I am a good personal friend of Mike for about twenty years. He published an Aralia Press chapbook by me before the first Poetry Conference. I also chose Kim for the Donald Justice Prize. You seem to have inside information that has not been verified by anyone else. Can you provide us with the sources for this?

Still, you seem to be informed about the financial dealings of the Poetry Center. How is that? I think we deserve a straight answer from you. You don't seem to be very straightforward about this matter.

I ask again, what is your source for this claim? Do you have one? If so, who? I ask this because you have no dealings with the Poetry Center that I can discern. So I ask again, who is your source for this allegation? It's a simple enough question that many of us would like answered. By the way, some donations for the Poetry Center came from private donors, including me.
