Default Sunday Puzzler (April 20): Easy Brie-zy

The last time I posted an NPR Sunday Puzzler, it was a creative challenge. This week it is a more standard puzzle, but as it involves spoonerisms, I thought there might be interest.

Unlike last time, we probably can't post our answers here without ruining the puzzle for each other (though competitors do occasionally find additional answers the puzzler didn't anticipate, and this one potentially lends itself to such discoveries).

"A spoonerism is when you change the initial consonant sounds of two words in a phrase to get a new phrase. For example, 'Tames Jailer' is a spoonerism of the singer James Taylor. 'Spark Mitts' is a spoonerism of the swimmer Mark Spitz. The name of what famous entertainer — first and last names — has a two-word spoonerism meaning 'A runny variety of cheese'?

"Listeners who submit correct answers win a chance to play the on-air puzzle. Important: Include a phone number where we can reach you. The deadline is Thursday, April 20 at 3 p.m. ET."

Edit in:
The answer is
"Bruce Lee" and "loose brie"
