My Committee of Four Close Readers thinks this is my best periodical publication:

Commonweal told me they were so backed up it would have to wait till late 2018, yet here it is. Four of the five sonnets came in dream last fall, three in meter and rhyme which I can recall verbatim, the title poem in such vivid images it took minutes to compose. Micah Mattix who is reviewing Devotions linked it this morning at The Weekly Standard.
Presences, a Journal of Catholic Poetry just sent their debut issue. The editor reprinted Gioia's intro to Devotions and published a Tibetan Buddhist sonnet of mine.
There are lots of reviews of D forthcoming, and I thank the authors.
My twenty-something whizz kid has edited my Wiki bio, which was six years out date. The best link is to my reading for the Library of Congress thirteen years ago.

Two poems in the spring Hudson Review. At year end I shall publish Hunter's Log Vols II and III, a really big book. The great Eldridge Hardie has come out retirement to illustrate it.
