Not too long ago someone praised the Longman Pocket Anthology of Poetry on these pages. Six years after I was excluded from Rebel Angels, word comes that I'm finally to be anthologized. My sonnet, "The Track of a Storm," will appear with the real sonneteers in that volume, Shakespeare, Milton, Wordsworth, etc. I shudder at the prospect. The poem can be read on Caleb Murdock's site, poemtree.com.

Tim:
Frost once said that the anthology is the highest form of criticism, by which I think he meant it's all juxtaposed poems, no yakking. Whoever does the juxtaposing in this case deserves credit for a good ear.
Congratulations.
Richard
