Default gurt wordplay

Here's a more convenient link. I'd be interested to know what the results of this are. "Gurt" is definitely alive and kicking as a word in Bristol. And I offer a song I remember from school-days:

Thanks for the links, Chris and Gregory. The article made me chuckle; there are some wonderful words in various dialects, though I'm from the West Midlands and I've never heard the word “bobowler” for a large moth.

I especially like ''a bit on the huh'', for something that's lop-sided. (Might have to pinch that one! )
