I've never heard of a Stefanile Triadic Sonnet, but the form is very interesting. I shall attempt to write one sometime

By the way, the poem is based on an actual event. I was playing the snare drum part in Bolero at an outdoor concert, when a mosquito landed on my elbow. I couldn’t, of course, shoo it away or scratch the itch, which itched and itched till the piece was over. The only fictitious thing in the poem is that the bug landed on the musician’s nose, instead of his elbow.
