Default e novel at Smashwords and Kindle

My e novel, A Kaddish for Inhuman Steadman, can be accessed on Kindle or at the web-site: Smashwords. Here's the blurb:

A Kaddish for Inhuman Steadman by Lance Levens
Price: $2.99 USD. 61440 words. Published on April 23, 2012. Fiction.

Holden Caulfield meets Huckleberry Finn in Last Step, GA, where four teenage boys have erected a plaster of Paris altar to breasts. Twit Feely, the group's leader is in love with the owner of the breasts, Laramy Laredo, Last Step High's Olympic weight-lifting hopeful. Guided by an orthodox Jew, the boys come to understand that the flesh is not the measure of love.

Bill,

Thanks for the encouragement! There are still kinks, so it's not up on Amazon, yet (I don't think!!!). Your bon mots are much appreciated, though, and yeah, that Chagall-like image seems to work well. It's from Shutterstock, a massive storehouse of free visuals. The book is a Jewish/southern/Salinger/Twain thing.

Blessings,
Lance

That's awesome, Lance! Big congratulations. But is it the case that one can only read it on Kindle?

Janice,

There are several ways to read kindle books without a kindle. There's a cloud reader here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.htm...cId=1000579091

if you prefer running it on your PC, try this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.htm...cId=1000426311

But my favorite tool for ebooks is here: http://calibre-ebook.com/

It's simple to use, and can be the ticket to complete ebook freedom...

Best,

Bill

Janice,

Bill is light years ahead of me on IT matters so I'd take his suggestions. I don't own a kindle device, but I just downloaded it on my PC via Amazon. Does that make sense? BTW have you reached the 100th mag yet? That is impressive, lady.

Lance
