Congrats, Jeniffer. I've enjoyed your work here, on the Gaz and in various publications.

The autograph demand from the kids: that's charming.
The book sounds like richly varied takes on the marriage of form and content.
Congratulations!

Congratulations, Jennifer! Kevin Walzer is an intelligent critic, and it certainly reflects well on him and the press that they are publishing your excellent work. Way to go!

Jennifer, Is this Kevin's press' first first book? (How awkward is that?) And was he the judge?

Yes, this was the press's first first-book contest, (though not the first book contest -- Vivian Shipley won the regular contest last year). I'm not sure how the judging worked.
And thank you much, Tony.

J,
I have a degree in Literary management from McNeese State. My minor is in representing Cajun formalists. I'll call you next week to discuss representation. As said before, great news!
Peace,
Mike.

Jennifer,
My latish but no less hearty congratulations. It's worth being away for a while, to come back to such great news. I second the request for immediate notice on the book's availability.
