I don't know whether I announced this previously--sorry if I'm repeating myself--but:
There will be an exhibit of my paintings at the West Chester poetry conference in the gallery near registration. Between 20 and 30 paintings. A preview of some of what I will show can be had
here. There will be several portraits of poets and other artists you may know, including one of Sam Gwynn painted from memory. The work is all representational, which is appropriate in conjunction with a conference centered on formal in poetry. Grand Traditions. Contemporary Art World subversion. Radicalism. On the other hand, I am very much bringing a knife to a gun fight.
