Note: The scholarship application form precludes out-of-country applicants, since the fields "state" and "zip code" are required fields.

Okay I have fixed that, Cathy. It was an oversight. I had already changed the other 2 forms after getting a friend in the UK to test them, but forgot to do the scholarship one. Should work for you now.
