The last lines have been haunting me in permutations since I read them.

This is a lovely poem, memorable.
(I think the dedication is too limiting for a poem of this depth and breadth.
Also "tenebraes" bothered me, pluralising the plural. You'd lose little by dropping the "s".
I missed it going through the workshop, so I'm giving my tuppenceworth now. Apologies for the breach of etiquette.)
