I just got word that my "Trimming Out, 1911" has been accepted for next summer's issue of American Arts Quarterly. Thanks to everyone who helped with the poem a few months back on Met.

Thanks, Bill, and the patience was made necessary only by my preference for print over online. Meredith Bergmann gave me a choice of appearing in their soon-to-exist online publication in a couple of months or waiting a loooong time for print. I wanted to be in the same version where poets I admire have been--and then later the poem will go online as well.

(And I've waited longer for other mags, with no warning, apology, or choice.)
