Default One of my latest...

Here is one of my latest. The North African female figure is from a watercolor by John Singer Sargent. The arrangement is based on an Islamic foundation myth. Thirty years ago I stood in front of Sargent's "Fume d'Ambergris" at the Clark museum in Massachusetts, transfixed. I tried to capture that feeling in this drawing.
