Default Quincy R. Lehr, live and nationwide!

Or at least in Lucan, Dublin. Here's a podcast of a radio show I did while over there:

Congratulations, Quincy, and thanks for an entertaining and thought-provoking interview. I was particularly interested to hear your thoughts on writing long poems. And your Alanis allusion is well done.

I haven't heard it all yet, but want to say how much I enjoy your voice -- both timbre and self. Chains of sycophancy ! What a good DJ you are, too.

Just finished. Well done by both you and the wonderful interviewer. The news that followed, though only a minute or two, was startling -- injury at a checkpoint and a bombing.

Marcia

I was more unsettled by the prog rock than by the news at the end, frankly~,:^) But I really enjoyed the interview and reading. I am familiar with both the poems you read, and I'm looking forward to the book. MacNiece is probably my favorite 20th century Irish poet, but that is a ridiculous thing to say.
Good job.
RM

I haven't been able to download this to listen. So all I can say is to congratulate you on the European publicity.
