Though no angel, I have feared to tread on this speculative plane of speculative existence. But I'd love to see the poem, one way or another.

Thanks, Allen & Janice!

The theme of the contest was a poem inspired by paintings they posted related to sci-fi, fantasy, or pure science. Yes, speculative is the word. It was fun writing a poem based on a picture which, of course, is ekphrastic poetry.

I'll post a link to my poem just as soon as it is published on their website.
