Default Milepost Post

I am posting this because it feels like a milepost to have had an acceptance that brings the number of English-language magazines with my work to 80.

The last thirty days feels like a ride on a bright red International Harvester (if I may mix my metaphors) with acceptances of 4 translations, 9 poems and 1 story by seven much esteemed magazine editors and their staffs.

Them's a lot of mags, Janice. Congratulations on the harvest. Number ninety coming up, in the next field over.

Marvellous, Janice!
Why not celebrate with a trip to England for a few days? I know a good place to stay

Congratulations, Janice -- and I really enjoyed your story, "Wilderness Safari" in New Walk. I found the Olivia character especially intriguing!

A lot of very good poems in those 80 magazines, I'd bet -- I've stumbled across some of them (Sardanapalus, Lenny, etc.), and have been amazed. Congratulations, Janice.
