14 by 14
I am very happy to be making my first appearance in 14 by 14 in its brand new January 2, 2011 update. I am all the more proud to be in this excellent Spherical company:
Cathy "Queen of 14" Chandler (is that 15 in a row?)
Martin Elster
Jean L. Kreiling
Lance Levens
Susan McLean
Rick Mullin
Peter Moltoni (Spindleshanks)
(I hope I didn't fail to recognize anyone else.)
All due acknowledgments to Peter Bloxson for another great set of sonnets (if I say so myself), and Pat Jones for exceptional graphics.
David R.

Reason: to add Peter to the list

Big congratulations, your spherical sonneteers.
It is always a major event when another 14 x 14 appears. It's classy writing, can't wait. Cathy, I'm awed. Guiness record book next stop.

Nice to be in such talented company on The sonnet e-zine. I'm there with Giants, hiding under my real name; like David, a newby to 14x14.
Giants was workshopped on Erato way back.
Congratulations all, and a special thanks to Peter Bloxsom and Pat Jones for the honour of selection and the artwork.
Peter

Congrats, David.
And all others, of course!

14 by 14 is always a great read. Congrats to everyone!
Ed
PS - Some memorable couplets here, and I enjoyed seeing (what I think are) little changes for the better to poems I've read before. Among non-Spherians, I'd like to call attention to Michael Ferris, who's scored again with "To a Reader, Somewhere."

Midge Goldberg, though not here often, is a Sphere member too. Congratulations to all, particularly first-timers David and Peter.

Sorry Peter -- I knew your first name but not your last. I corrected the first post.
Congrats!
