February publications
February has been a good month for publications. Poems in Breadcrum Scabs, Trinacria, Poetry Porch, Scholars and Rogues; fiction in Bewildering Tales (a story I wrote about ten years ago, one of the first things I had ever written, finally got published after years of rejections) and in Catesbury Review.

Congratulations, David. I've heard people say good things about Poetry Porch: you've given me incentive to check it out.

You are on a non-stop roll, David. The monthly reports are like rollling budgets.

Congratulations, David.
And thanks for sharing the story about the piece that was rejected for years, then accepted. I just had a similar experience with an old sonnet, and many of us probably have dust-gathering gems we should offer up again. (Though I suspect most of mine are badly flawed!)
Thanks for keeping your example of perseverance (and success!) before us.
Best,
Jean

Congrats David, and I second Jean's comment above -- a heartening testament to the power of persistence. Good show.

Great, David!
By the way, I'm at home, ill with some mystery virus, and bored out of my mind. One of my bright spots this week, however, was reading "Bambuko's." This story really does capture what music means, and also what it means to believe one has to make music, no matter what. And I really liked Sossity and Howard
