There's a page now at Word Press for my forthcoming book, The Everyday Uncommon:
www.word-press.com/coe.html
(The bio will be updated later.) I can't say how grateful I am for Rhina's more-than-kind words.
Also, I was just notified by Gene Justice, Tara Elliott and Jenny Burdge (editors of Triplopia) that I received a Pushcart Nomination for my translation of Rilke's "Spanish Dancer (also published in The Formalist). Dr. Claudia Grinnell acted as consultant on this translation.

Congratulations, Terese. I seem to remember that this is not your first Pushcart nomination. Didn't you receive one a year or two ago?
Congratulations on the book as well. (You might try to find a diplomatic way to advise the guys at Word Press that, while the opening paragraph of their web blurb on your book is impressive:
The Everyday Uncommon, Terese Coe's first book of poems, is notable for the sharp, tight-fitting corners of both the poems' lines and the author's wit. Form, thought and rhythm come together to make a strikingly staccatto music.
it would be even more impressive if they spelled staccato correctly.)

Congrats, Terese. I already told you once that "Spanish Dancer" was the gem of the issue it was in, and I'm glad to see it's been nominated. A Pushcart nomination from the Formalist, I imagine, is better than a nomination from many magazines, and has a better chance of actually winning a place in the Pushcart book when it comes out.
I can't wait for your book!

Chris, Michael, Janet, Marion, Bob, Jennifer—
Thank you so much!
Michael, good memory! Yes it's my second Pushcart nomination; the first was last year for "Minetta," a free verse poem about the underground stream in my neighborhood. About the web page, I may have jumped the gun because Word Press has just sent me proofs which include that page. Duh. So it's my job to make sure the spelling is right, and yes, I noticed, but had come across the page on my own and not been directed there, so I ignored it out of respect for people who are incredibly busy. Little did I know someone like you would be out there with his magnifying glass. At the great (and venerable, needless to say) age of 60, and my first book of poems, can you blame me for making the announcement before all the fixes were in? (Not that I knew it was early! Does that cover all the bases, dear? )
Bob, a slight clarification for you as well: it wasn't The Formalist that nominated the "Spanish Dancer" translation (though it first appeared there); it was Triplopia. Gene, Tara, and Jenny notified me because Triplopia is their baby. I'm pleased you are fond of that translation, as I am too.
Jennifer and Bob, I hope you like the book as much as you look forward to it!
"Spanish Dancer" can be seen at

A bountiful and happy Thanksgiving to everyone at the Sphere!
Terese
