Open Up & Germinate
I have a poem in the brand new Uphook Press Anthology: gape-seed.
And I'll be reading at launches in Berkeley (Oct 5, 7PM, Art House Gallery & Cultural Center, 2905 Shattuck Ave), San Francisco (Oct 7, 8PM, Viracocha, 998 Valencia Street), and in NYC (Nov 9, 7PM, KGB Bar).
Rick Mullin has a poem in the anthology also.
Open up and germinate!

Great news! My son lives in the Mission district. I fly into SF from visiting family in the Midwest on October 6th. Hope to be there to see/hear you on the 7th.

That's great, Nemo. I hope someday to be able to hear you read. I can't afford to give readings. Flying from Fargo to anywhere costs a great deal more than flying from New York to California. Institutions willing to pay me an honorarium of $2k are few and far between, so I shall focus my energies on making an audio archive. But best to you, lad, and blow their socks off!

Dang Nemo, you sure do get around. How interesting and fun it must be.
Congrats on it all and the very nice reading of "In Clover" in Soundzine too.
Oh, nice photo art too.
Very nice,
Mike

Nemo,
I am putting the Berkeley date into my calendar.

Got my copy yesterday! It's physically beautiful. And the poetry rocks.
Congrats Nemo and thanks folks.
I will be reading at a New York City launch at the storied Cornelia Street Cafe on Sept. 29, 6:00 pm. My man David Lawton will be on hand as well.
The editors of this anthology take the thing on the road--usually to the UK, by the way--with lots of readings.
