Collaborative Feature at CR: For I Will Consider +
The Cincinnati Review has published several editors' comments on my poem, "For I Will Consider."
http://www.cincinnatireview.com/blog/
There's also a link to the poem in the third paragraph, now appearing on Soapbox Media of Australia.
Other recent acceptances:
"Last Will" will be published in Raintown Review.
New Walk has accepted "Washington Square, Late Afternoon" for its next issue.
Stone Canoe has accepted "Sponge," which will be published with its online content on Feb. 1.
The Warwick Review (UK) will publish "Deceptions" in its next issue.
Thanks to John Whitworth for encouraging me along on his board during the period I wrote "Sponge"! I'm delighted with all these venues.

Walter, Nick, Rick, Andrew, Marcia, Wendy,
Thank you all for the kind words! The warm Northeast winter has just become even warmer…
Walter, Writing whimsy is the best thing for the soul, as you’ve obviously learned as well!
Nick, It’s sweet of you to come by!
Rick, ditto, and All the best on Soutine!
Andrew, That’s very kind of you, and I’m chuffed at the way people seem to take to this poem.
Marcia, That’s high praise, coming from one whose work has such originality, love, and panache.
Wendy, You were the first to let me know I had to keep working on that one. Special thanks for that. Congratulations again on your own recovery, btw—it’s something we can all be grateful for!

Terese, I absolutely love your poem! I have saved it and printed it out--it's something I could use with my students! I'm also a huge fan of the Christopher Smart poem, which I read aloud when a friend and I buried my old cat's ashes. I'm attaching it here...
I love the delight and humor in yours. And congrats on all the publications!
Charlotte

Charlotte,
That's so kind of you, and I hope your students enjoy it too. Let me know their reaction if you use it.
Many thanks, and for attaching the Smart as well.
