Nice poem, John! and it's good to see a Spherean casting in wider waters. Congratulations.

John, What a lovely poem, and so nice that poetry is part of the magazine. Congratulations.

Excellent, John.
I think it's great when poetry finds a wider audience.
Best regards,
David

Thanks, Maryann, Catherine, and David. Sorry about the very late reply. Work has impeded poetry lately and I've just had my first hard-disk crash. File back-up is OK but setting up again takes time.
As a devout advocate of "poetry for the public", I'm pleased at this publication. They will take a poem a month for as long as I can keep up. The August and September poems were both workshopped here. Next month's will be "Wizardry", also workshopped here and previously published in "Buckeye".
Thanks also to all of you who helped me with these poems.

Lovely poems John. I have always wished to do something like this with a hunting magazine, but their editors won't have anything to do with me. Congratulations.

Thanks, Tim. I'm surprised, though. But for overtones of beauty and destiny, as conveyed by poetry, fishing and hunting are nothing but blood-sports. I would have thought your poems would fit well in a hunting magazine.
