Ned, Tim, thank you! At present, these are the only two of which I am aware, althought the online journal "Unsplendid" has expressed an interest in publishing a review of the book sometime next year.

Yes, the Mezzo Cammin review is superb but the other is impressive too considering it's by college undergraduate. Congrats on getting these well-deserved reviews!
