Looking through my copy of Touchstone, the Poetry Society of New Hampshire's quarterly journal, I saw that fellow Spherian and Powow poet, Don Kimball had won their national contest with "Tea Kettle".

I beleive there was a cash award.

Congratulations Don! Beers all around!

Thanks, Robert, for giving me my few seconds of fame! My wife, Priscilla, on occasion refers to me as "the world-famous-obscure poet" ... only today I can show her, with more authority, that I'm slightly less obscure. Thank you, Timothy, David, Catherine, Terese - thank you all! Yes, Michael, I won a C note ... Free beers (or whatever you're drinking) for everyone when I see you at WCU in June.

Don
