These are the poems nominated by The Chimaera for the Pushcart Prize. Congratulations to these poets, some of them Sphereans, and to all those other poets who appear in The Chimaera:

Alison Brackenbury 'In the gap'

Don Kimball 'Prayer for My Father'

Peter Richards 'An Adolescent Contemplates Leaving'

David Rosenthal 'Bechtle’s Alameda Gran Torino, 1974'

Salli Shepherd 'Homesick'

John Whitworth 'Not You'

The poems can be found under their authors' names in the Current Issue here:

I'm bumping this up because one of our nominations, John Whitworth, had another of the poems that The Chimaera published ( 'The Examiners' ) placed second in the TLS Foyles poetry competition, as noted here . Good luck in the Pushcarts to all TC's nominees!

A reminder too about SCR's Pushcart nominees ( here ) and SCR's Best of the Net 2007 nominations .

Congratulations to all! (I'm glad it was bumped up - I think I missed it before.)
