I've been considering taking a step back from the exciting world of technical writing (if you know anything about technical writing, you'll know that I mean that ironically) and study poetry to get my Masters degree.

Is there anyone out there who can tell me about fellowships for creative writing programs? I've looked at the creative writing program at St. Andrews in Scotland (which has Douglas Dunn and several other great modern formal poets on the staff) -- but are there others out there that could be especially recommended? Either in the States or the UK (both are far from where I am -- both would mean moving, so it's only a question of the excellence of the program and the extent of the fellowship that are criteria for me).
