Dear Eratosphereans,

It is my pleasure to announce the addition of new moderators/roving moderators to our lineup of talented & hard-working staff. And, they’re one & all household names at the Able Muse and/or Eratosphere as accomplished poets & critics! And now, (drum roll) your new moderators are:

1. Rhina P. Espaillat – Rhina has already served as one of our distinguished Guest Lariat, plus contributed in several issues of Able Muse and elsewhere. Click here for details, which include her publications, available now at the Able Muse Bookstore.

2. R. S. Gwynn – Like Rhina, Sam has been an Eratosphere distinguished Guest Lariat, plus contributed in several issues of Able Muse and elsewhere. Click here for details and his publications, available now at the Able Muse Bookstore.

3. David Anthony – Besides his many poems and critiques posted here, David is something of a phenomenon in the literary web, and, we couldn’t be more pleased to induct him into Sphere’s staffdom! David’s first book of poetry has received critical acclaim and is now available here at the Able Muse bookstore.

4. Oliver Murray – Oliver’s immense talent comes through in his poems and critique at the Sphere. He's a widely published short story writer. And for some more wonderful news, Oliver’s first book of poetry will be published by Waywiser Press.

The new moderators are encouraged to introduce themselves.
Finally, a special thank you to our Poet Lariat, Tim, for spearheading this recruiting drive. And, with the formalities out of the way, please join me in congratulating & extending a warm welcome to our new moderators!

Cheers,
...Alex

Great news! Is there any on-line poetry workshop where the moderators are more engaged in poetry, better masters of the art, and more generous with their time and experience than here? The question is rhetorical.

A delighted welcome to all of you, Rhina, Sam, David, and Oliver! Did Alex give you the keys to the Executive Broom Closet yet? Let me know if I can answer any questions or help with any problems.

Carol

What a talented assembly, well done all, and no one will mind I'm sure if I single out Oliver for my particular congratulations.
Thank you also Tim.

A warm welcome to the talented newcomers and many thanks indeed to the noble 'stayers', especially Carol and Alex, without whom ... Margaret.

As the private mail connection to Oliver seems currently impassable (heavy traffic?)may I add congratulations on his forthcoming Waywiser Press publication? One to look forward to!
