Welcome to the latest photo-manipulation challenge. Create a new image using these two images. At least some of each image must be recognizable in the finished piece.

The first image is courtesy of Dick Morgan. It's reflective film illuminated by LEDs:




The second is a photo I took standing about 3 feet from a speeding train:
