Try this - combine two poets pictures, give the resulting new poet a name and then combine the peotic styles.

Above, a fragment of Beocat-- all that remains of the only known manuscript of the Anglo-Saxon epic.

BEOCAT

...while his hearth comrades.....
kibble-drunk, dozing,
purred by the fire,..... bold Beocat,
hat-famous, fearless, ..... sought the foul foe.
Heedless was the hero ..... of hackencracks howling,
of greegrumps growling, .....or the sneetch's wild screech.
Oft had the fur fiend, ..... the heart-shrunken Grinch,
harrier of hearthdogs,..... harasser of Whos,
come down from Mount Crumpet..... snarling and kvetching...

I don't know how you all are creating these, but they are very entertaining.

The Answer is Blowing in October

by Bob Dylan-Thomas

***********And I rose
*****In many-banned autumn
And walked abroad in all my forever days.
High seas and a white dove sailed when I slept the sand
*****Where cannon balls fly
***********And I called
An answer down the many roads of wind.

I'd like to post a poem with a pic but the pic won't "take". The insert image button goes to a popup asking for a URL. If I give the location on my computer as the URL it doesn't upload it in the preview. Suggestions?

Thanks,

Chris
