Default Rattle acceptance

After reading Mary's post (congratulations, Mary!), I decided I should post a note about my own acceptance: a light-ish sonnet of mine, entitled "Library Lovers," will appear in next winter's Rattle. The poem wasn't workshopped on Erato, but as always, I'd like to thank everybody for all the help and motivation.

Austin

Congratulations, Austin. You are hitting some very good publications (Lucid Rhthyms, of course, is right up there near the top ).

You're playing guitar in your avatar photo. That would have been taken at West Chester last summer, would it?

Congratulations, Austin.
Tony Clark had a really nice poem in Rattle a couple of years ago ... but I never got the impression that the journal published much "formal" verse.

Thanks, all!

David--I honestly can't remember where that photo was taken. I don't think it was West Chester, but it might as well have been--I've had plenty of fun jamming at Saturday's picnic over the years.

Wendy--Yeah, I think you're right. I believe next winter's issue will include a special section on the sonnet.

Congrats Austin!

I know as a long time fan that that avatar of yours precedes West Chester last summer.

Thanks, Austin. Congrats to you! I'll be receiving the Rattle issue with your poem - can't wait to read it!
