Default Crannog

Galway-based journal, took, "If God Is Good," a pretty poem workshopped here back in 2007. It took a while to place, but there it is.

I keep confusing Cranog with Cromag. Cranog is better, right?

Congrats Quincy. It is always satifying to place something you have been shopping around for a while.

Well, gee willikers. I don't post every magazine acceptance I get in these parts, by any means, but this one... well, it was an important poem for me, a more direct engagement with emotion and all that, and I had almost begun to despair of it. I mean, it dates back to when I was still using initial caps, for heaven's sake! It's a strange release, as if the poem is, finally, done and dusted and, in a way, both a validation of and valediction for the events that inspired the piece.

Congrats, Quincy. I remember liking that poem a lot, and wouldn't have figured it would take so long to place. Po-biz is slow-biz, that's for sure.
