Raintown Review
My poem, Belém, was accepted for the Winter issue. This is a case where I really owe a lot to the board. I brought it in at three stanzas and it doubled in size.
Again, I have Janet Kenny to thank for suggesting that more would be more in the case of this poem. Many others took a lot of time with it. So, thanks to Raintown for taking a long poem, and thanks to all at the Sphere.

Rick--
You're welcome.
And do note, by the way, that "Belem" is three pages and a bit. We've also taken a seven-pager by Rose. So the long stuff will get serious consideration from us.

I'll be in there also, with Jump-Cut (which I thought was a monster at about 50 lines, until I learned what you and Rose have on tap.) See ya.

Good on ya, Rick!
I have a longer-than-usual rime royal, "Letter to Anton Chekhov," coming out as well in one of these Raintown issues. See you, Rose, Michael, Anna & Quincy there!

Boy that Raintown Review must be coffee table size what with all those long poems appearing there. Congrats to Michael and Terese too.

Just to note, Terese--your longish one (it's not properly long until it hits the fifth page) is in the summer issue, while the poems Michael and Rick are discussing will be in the winter issue.

I'll be in the winter issue, too, with two poems, including a dinky twelve-liner. (Which just goes to show that Quincy and Anna aren't biased either way.) I'm looking forward to seeing all you good people there!

Congratulations to all of you with those long poems in the winter issue!
I've been looking for the summer issue from day to day - has anyone seen it yet?
