the chimaera
Check out the new Chimaera at www.the-chimaera.com. You will find a bunch of the usual suspects plus quite a few people that were hitherto unsuspected.
Particularly, take a look at Max Gutmann's ballade, which is hilarious.

Good one, Gail! It reminds me of my favorite line from The Philadelphia Story:
"Why, C. K. Dexter Haven, you have unsuspected depth!"
It is, indeed, a very nice issue!
Thanks,
Bill

People have been saying for years that I'm kinda suspect....
I'm enjoying the issue thoroughly. Congrats to all.

What a splendid edition! I enjoyed Max Gutmann's ballade very much (I wish I could read more ballades, which aren't done very often), but the major revelation for me was the section on Ann Drysdale, her own poems, the interview with her, and essays about her work. It is sometimes hard to hear of British poets in the U.S., but I am glad to have a chance to track down more of her poems, hard though it is likely to be.
