Forecast
Remember that June’s
the time when the moons
of Pluto are in the ascendant,
and all the tycoons
dress in pink pantaloons
trimmed with gold lace galloons
and count their doubloons,
unaware that eftsoons
the dominant moons
will be Neptune’s in the descendant,
bringing monsoons
and simoons and typhoons
down upon those patroons,
picaroons and poltroons—
making all their doubloons
not worth one brass spittoon
against the Götter-impendent
däm-dämmeroon.
