I appreciate Jeremy's positive review of Robert's book. He was kind to write it, and I'm glad you brought it to my attention. In my defense, I do think an emphatic review is a fair target for an emphatic response, and that being argued about is better than being ignored. May Jeremy take my criticism as a compliment.
