Thank you for that, Roger. The dialogue was confected from two books I do have: 'The Game of Words' by Willard R. Espy, and 'Language Play' by David Crystal. The Comedfian Ronnie Barker wrote a script along these lines and performed it with Ronnie Corbett. Which of the books he had been reading I do not know.
