Donna, I think you'd love The Lexicon of Intentionally Ambiguous Recommendations (L.I.A.R.) by Robert Thornton. The idea is to foist an annoying person on another employer without opening yourself up to future liability. It contains such gems as:
You would be incredibly lucky to get him to work for you. No person would do the job better. I am pleased to say that she is a former co-worker. |
