Now that one makes sense! But Tom Terrific is a football player, and I think Baby Bull is as well. And - I don't care how many other Yankees you have in there - you have to find a place for Jolting Joe. With a little help from the editor he'd slip in nicely between Iron Horse and Mr. October, and with The Mick already there you'd have an all-Yankee outfield, and a dominant total of seven Yankees. Dandy Sandy bothers me. If it's Koufax, I never heard him called that, and it sounds a bit fey for a baseball player. And, try as I did, I couldn't make Yom Kippur and Koufax work (which he didn't, on.)

And King Kong is a lot better known (at least in the Bronx) than Baby Bull.

Baby Bull, per Google, is Orlando Cepeda; & of course “Tom Terrific” is Tom Seaver.

Also, per Google, “Dandy Sandy” was a Jimmy Durante song about Sandy Koufax.
